Cheesy garlic breadsticks

Ah, cheesy garlic breadsticks—classic comfort food! Here’s a simple way to make them:


Ingredients

  • 1 tube of pizza dough (or homemade dough)

  • 2–3 tablespoons butter, melted

  • 2–3 cloves garlic, minced (or 1 tsp garlic powder)

  • 1–2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • 1 tsp dried Italian herbs (optional: oregano, basil)

  • Salt to taste

  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  2. Prepare the dough: Roll out your pizza dough into a rectangle about 1/2 inch thick.

  3. Make garlic butter: Mix melted butter, minced garlic, and a pinch of salt. Brush generously over the dough.

  4. Add cheese: Sprinkle mozzarella evenly over the dough, then Parmesan on top. Add a light sprinkle of Italian herbs.

  5. Bake: Bake for 12–15 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden.

  6. Slice & serve: Let it cool 2–3 minutes, then cut into sticks. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm.
