🧀 Cheesy Beef Biscuit Bombs (Savory Stuffed Treats)

These are gooey, cheesy, and meaty bites wrapped in fluffy biscuit dough — perfect for game day, appetizers, or a fun dinner.

📝 Ingredients

For the filling:

  • 1 lb (450 g) ground beef
  • ½ cup diced onion
  • 1–2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon paprika (optional)
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (or a mix of cheeses)

For the dough:

  • 2 cans (16.3 oz each) refrigerated biscuit dough (like flaky biscuits)

Optional toppings:

  • 1 tablespoon melted butter
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder or parsley flakes

👩‍🍳 Instructions

  1. Cook the filling
    • In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef with onion and garlic until beef is browned and fully cooked.
    • Drain excess fat, season with salt, pepper, and paprika. Let cool slightly.
    • Stir in shredded cheese.
  2. Prepare the biscuit bombs
    • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
    • Flatten each biscuit into a 3–4 inch circle.
    • Spoon about 1–2 tablespoons of the beef and cheese mixture into the center of each biscuit.
    • Fold edges up and pinch to seal completely, forming a “bomb.”
  3. Bake
    • Place sealed bombs on a greased or parchment-lined baking sheet.
    • Optional: Brush tops with melted butter and sprinkle with garlic powder or parsley.
    • Bake 12–15 minutes, until golden brown.
  4. Serve warm
    • Let cool a few minutes before serving. Perfect with ketchup, ranch, or your favorite dipping sauce.

🍴 Tips

  • Make them ahead: assemble bombs and refrigerate; bake right before serving.
  • Try mixing in a bit of cooked bacon or jalapeños for an extra kick.

If you want, I can also give a slightly healthier version using whole wheat biscuits and lean ground turkey that still stays cheesy and delicious. Do you want me to provide that version too?
