- 100 g butter, melted
- 450 g (16 oz) cream cheese, softened

- ½ cup sour cream (or plain yogurt)
Steps
- Crust: Crush cookies, mix with melted butter, press into the bottom of a pan. Chill 10 minutes.
- Filling: Beat cream cheese until smooth. Add sugar, then eggs (one at a time), vanilla, and sour cream.
- Bake: Pour filling over crust. Bake at 160°C / 325°F for ~45–50 minutes (center should still jiggle slightly).
- Cool: Let it cool slowly, then refrigerate at least 3 hours.
- Serve: Plain or topped with fruit, chocolate, or caramel.
No-Bake Cheesecake (Even Easier)
Skip the oven—use the same crust, then mix cream cheese, sugar, vanilla, and whipped cream. Chill until firm.
