Caramel Apple Cinnamon Roll Lasagna
Ingredients
- 2 cans refrigerated cinnamon rolls (icing reserved)
- 3 cups apple pie filling (canned or homemade)
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- ½ tsp nutmeg (optional)
- ½ cup caramel sauce (plus more for drizzling)
- ½ cup chopped pecans or walnuts (optional)
- ¼ cup brown sugar
- 2 tbsp butter, melted
Instructions
- Prep
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish. - Prepare cinnamon rolls
Cut each cinnamon roll into quarters.
Toss pieces with melted butter and brown sugar. - Layer
- Spread half of the cinnamon roll pieces in the dish.
- Spoon half of the apple pie filling over top.
- Sprinkle with cinnamon, nutmeg, nuts (if using), and drizzle with caramel sauce.
- Repeat layers.

Cover loosely with foil and bake for 25 minutes.
