Campbell’s Cured Chane Potatoes Scalloped

Posted on March 3, 2026 by Admin

Here’s the classic Campbell’s‑style Scalloped Potatoes & Ham (often called Cured Ham and Potatoes Scalloped) — a creamy, comforting casserole that’s simple to make and perfect as a side or main dish 🥔🍽️: (The Campbell’s Company)

🥔 Campbell’s Scalloped Potatoes & Ham

🛒 Ingredients

  • 6 medium potatoes, peeled and thinly sliced (about 6 cups)
  • 1 medium onion, chopped (about 1/2 cup)
  • 2 cans (10.5 oz each) Campbell’s Condensed Cream of Mushroom Soup
  • 2/3 cup water
  • 1/2 lb cooked ham, chopped
  • Salt & pepper to taste

(You can use leftover sliced or diced ham or deli ham) (The Campbell’s Company)

👩‍🍳 Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven
    • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix Ingredients
    • In a large bowl, stir together potatoes, onion, cream of mushroom soup, water, and ham.
    • Season with salt and pepper. (The Campbell’s Company)
  3. Bake
    • Spoon the potato mixture into a greased 13×9‑inch (or similar) baking dish.
    • Bake about 45 minutes or until potatoes are tender and casserole is bubbling at the edges. (The Campbell’s Company)
  4. Serve
    • Let stand a few minutes before serving so the sauce thickens slightly.

🍽️ Notes & Tips

  • The condensed soup creates a creamy sauce as it bakes — no need to mix with milk separately. (The Campbell’s Company)
  • You can swap cream of celery or add cheese on top for extra flavor. (The Campbell’s Company)
  • For a richer version, sprinkle shredded cheddar over the top in the last 10–15 minutes of baking.

Would you like a cheesy baked version or a slow‑cooker adaptation of this scalloped potatoes and ham recipe? (Both are great variations.)
