Cajun Shrimp Foil Packets
Ingredients
- 1 lb large shrimp, peeled & deveined
- 2 tbsp melted butter or olive oil
- 1β1Β½ tbsp Cajun seasoning (to taste)
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- Optional add-ins: sliced sausage, corn rounds, baby potatoes (parboiled), bell peppers
Directions
- Heat oven to 400Β°F (205Β°C) or preheat grill to medium-high.
- Toss shrimp with butter/oil, Cajun seasoning, garlic, and lemon juice.
- Divide shrimp (and add-ins) onto heavy foil sheets.
- Fold foil tightly into sealed packets.
- Cook:
- Oven: 12β15 minutes
- Grill: 8β10 minutes
