Here’s a simple, flavorful Cajun corn on the cob recipe—perfect for grilling, boiling, or roasting. 🌽🔥


⭐ Cajun Corn on the Cob (Easy & Delicious)

Ingredients (4 ears of corn)

  • 4 ears fresh corn, husks removed
  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
  • 1–1½ tsp Cajun seasoning (store-bought or homemade)
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp smoked paprika (optional but great)
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley or green onions, chopped (optional)
  • Lime or lemon wedges (optional)

Method 1: Grilled Cajun Corn

  1. Preheat grill to medium-high.
  2. In a small bowl, mix the melted butter, Cajun seasoning, garlic powder, and paprika.
  3. Brush the seasoned butter generously over each ear of corn.
  4. Grill for 10–15 minutes, turning occasionally, until lightly charred.
  5. Brush with any remaining butter mixture.
  6. Finish with a squeeze of lime/lemon and sprinkle of parsley.

Method 2: Oven-Roasted Cajun Corn

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Place corn on a baking sheet lined with foil or parchment.
  3. Brush with the Cajun butter mixture.
  4. Roast for 20–25 minutes, turning halfway.
  5. Finish with herbs or citrus if desired.

Method 3: Boiled Corn with Cajun Butter

  1. Boil corn in salted water for 5–7 minutes.
  2. Mix the Cajun butter ingredients separately.
  3. Brush or pour over hot corn just before serving.

🌶️ Optional Add-Ons

  • Grated Parmesan or Cotija cheese
  • A drizzle of honey (for sweet + spicy!)
  • Extra Cajun seasoning for more heat
  • Creole seasoning if you want a slightly less spicy blend
