🥬 Cabbage Wedges

Cabbage wedges are a simple, healthy, and delicious way to enjoy Cabbage. The cabbage is cut into large wedges and roasted or grilled, keeping it slightly crisp on the outside and tender inside. Perfect as a side for meats or vegetarian meals. 🌿


🧾 Ingredients

  • 1 medium Cabbage, cut into 6–8 wedges
  • 2–3 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional seasonings: Garlic Powder, paprika, or chili flakes
  • Optional garnish: Fresh Parsley or grated Parmesan Cheese

1. Preheat oven

  • Heat oven to 200°C (400°F).

2. Prepare cabbage

  • Remove the outer leaves and core the cabbage.
  • Cut into wedges, keeping some of the core to hold them together.

3. Season

  • Brush wedges with olive oil.
  • Sprinkle salt, pepper, and optional seasonings.

4. Roast

  • Place wedges on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Roast for 25–30 minutes, flipping halfway, until edges are slightly browned and tender.

5. Serve

  • Garnish with parsley or a sprinkle of Parmesan if desired.
  • Serve warm as a side dish.
