Baked Potato with Sausage & Herbs

- 3–4 russet potatoes

- 2 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions
- Bake the potatoes
- Preheat oven to 400°F (205°C).
- Scrub potatoes, poke a few holes with a fork, rub lightly with oil and salt.
- Bake directly on the rack for 50–60 minutes, until tender.
- Cook the sausage
- Slice sausage into rounds or chunks.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
