Here’s a quick and flavorful Baked Garlic Shrimp recipe—juicy shrimp roasted in a garlicky butter sauce.


Baked Garlic Shrimp

Servings: 2–3

Ingredients

  • 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • ½ tsp smoked paprika (optional)
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • 2 tbsp chopped parsley, for garnish
  • Lemon wedges, for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven
    • 400°F (200°C). Grease a baking dish or line with parchment paper.
  2. Prepare shrimp
    • In a bowl, combine melted butter, garlic, lemon juice, paprika, salt, and pepper.
    • Toss shrimp in the garlic butter mixture until evenly coated.
  3. Bake
    • Spread shrimp in a single layer in the prepared baking dish.
    • Bake 8–10 minutes until shrimp are pink, opaque, and just cooked through.
  4. Serve
    • Garnish with chopped parsley and lemon wedges. Serve immediately over rice, pasta, or with crusty bread.

  • Don’t overcook: Shrimp cook quickly and become rubbery if overbaked.
  • Extra flavor: Sprinkle a pinch of red pepper flakes for a subtle kick.
