Baked apple fritters are a lighter, oven-baked version of traditional apple fritters. They are soft pastries filled with chunks of apples, cinnamon, and sugar, then often finished with a sweet glaze. 🍎🍩

  • Flour
  • Sugar
  • Eggs
  • Milk

Simple Baked Apple Fritters Recipe

1. Preheat oven: 375°F (190°C).

2. Mix dry ingredients:

  • 1½ cups flour
  • ½ cup sugar
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp cinnamon

3. Add wet ingredients:

  • 2 eggs
  • ⅓ cup milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla

4. Fold in apples:

  • 1½ cups diced apples

5. Bake:

  • Drop spoonfuls onto a lined baking sheet.
  • Bake 15–18 minutes until golden.

6. Glaze (optional):
Mix powdered sugar with a little milk and drizzle over warm fritters.
