Bread Batter
- ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
- ¾ cup sugar (white or half white/half brown)
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
- 1 ½ tsp baking powder
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- ½ cup milk (or buttermilk)
Optional Topping
- Cinnamon sugar or streusel (butter + flour + brown sugar)
Instructions
- Prep
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C)
- Grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan
- Make Apple Filling
