🥔 Classic Potato Salad Recipe

🛒 Ingredients

  • 1 kg potatoes (waxy types work best)
  • 3 boiled eggs (optional)
  • 1 small onion (finely chopped)
  • 2–3 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp mustard (optional, for tang)
  • 1–2 tbsp lemon juice or vinegar
  • Salt and black pepper (to taste)
  • Fresh herbs (parsley or coriander)

1. Boil the potatoes

  • Wash and boil potatoes until fork-tender
  • Let them cool, then peel and cut into chunks

2. Prepare the dressing

3. Combine everything
