2 Ingredient Biscuits

Here’s a super simple 2-ingredient biscuit recipe that’s soft, flaky, and fast:


2-Ingredient Biscuits 🥐

Ingredients

  1. 2 cups self-rising flour
  2. 1 cup plain Greek yogurt (or regular yogurt)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Mix the dough
    • In a large bowl, combine the flour and yogurt.
    • Stir until a soft dough forms. Don’t overmix.
  3. Shape biscuits
    • Turn dough onto a lightly floured surface.
    • Pat or roll to about 1/2 inch thick.
    • Cut into rounds using a cookie cutter or glass.
  4. Bake
    • Place biscuits on the prepared sheet.
    • Bake 12–15 minutes until golden brown on top.

Optional extras:

  • Brush tops with melted butter for extra flavor
  • Add herbs, garlic powder, or shredded cheese to the dough

✅ Tip: These biscuits are best eaten fresh but can be reheated in a toaster oven for a quick snack.
