1 tube of pizza dough (or homemade dough)

2–3 tablespoons butter, melted

2–3 cloves garlic, minced (or 1 tsp garlic powder)

1–2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 tsp dried Italian herbs (optional: oregano, basil)

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Prepare the dough: Roll out your pizza dough into a rectangle about 1/2 inch thick.

Make garlic butter: Mix melted butter, minced garlic, and a pinch of salt. Brush generously over the dough.

Add cheese: Sprinkle mozzarella evenly over the dough, then Parmesan on top. Add a light sprinkle of Italian herbs.

Bake: Bake for 12–15 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
