- 1/3 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 egg

1️⃣ Make the Patties
- In a bowl, mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, minced onion, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Form into 3–4 oval patties.
2️⃣ Brown the Steaks
- Heat oil or butter in a skillet over medium heat.
- Cook patties for about 4–5 minutes per side until browned.
- Remove from pan and set aside.
3️⃣ Make the Gravy
- In the same skillet, sauté sliced onions until soft.
- Sprinkle flour over onions and stir for 1 minute.
- Slowly add beef broth while stirring to avoid lumps.
- Add Worcestershire sauce and ketchup. Simmer until thickened.
4️⃣ Finish Cooking
- Return patties to the skillet.
- Cover and simmer for 10–15 minutes until fully cooked and tender.
