Crockpot pork chops and stuffing

Ohhh this is cozy, set-it-and-forget-it comfort food 😌

Here’s an easy Crockpot pork chops & stuffing recipe that comes out tender every time.

Crockpot Pork Chops and Stuffing

Ingredients

  • 4–6 pork chops (bone-in or boneless)
  • Salt & black pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 box (6 oz) stuffing mix (Stove Top works great)
  • 1½ cups chicken broth
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom or cream of chicken soup
  • 1 tbsp butter (optional, extra richness)
  • Optional add-ins: sliced onions, celery, mushrooms

Instructions

  1. Season the pork chops
    Sprinkle both sides with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  2. Layer the crockpot
    Lightly grease the slow cooker.
    Place pork chops in the bottom. Add onions/celery if using.
  3. Mix the stuffing
    In a bowl, combine stuffing mix and chicken broth. Stir just until moistened.
  4. Assemble
    Spoon stuffing over pork chops.
    Spread cream soup evenly over the top. Dot with butter if using.
  5. Cook
    • Low: 6–7 hours
    • High: 3–4 hours
      Pork should be very tender.
  6. Serve
    Spoon stuffing and gravy over the chops.

Helpful tips

  • Thicker chops hold up better
  • Don’t over-stir the stuffing — keep it fluffy
  • Add a splash of broth at the end if you want more gravy

  • Cranberry sauce (trust me)
