Here’s a comforting, one-pan Creamy Beef Pasta recipe β€” rich, hearty, and ready in about 30 minutes. Perfect for a quick weeknight dinner!

🍝 Creamy Beef Pasta

Ingredients

  • 1 lb (450 g) ground beef (lean or regular)

  • 1 small onion, diced

  • 2–3 cloves garlic, minced

  • 2 cups beef broth

  • 1 cup heavy cream (or half-and-half)

  • 1 (15 oz) can tomato sauce (or crushed tomatoes)

  • 8 oz (225 g) pasta (penne, rotini, or egg noodles work great)

  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella or cheddar cheese

  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning

  • Β½ tsp paprika (optional)

  • Salt & black pepper, to taste

  • Fresh parsley or basil, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the beef:
In a large skillet or deep pan, cook ground beef over medium-high heat until browned. Drain excess grease if needed.

  2. Add aromatics:
Add diced onion and cook 2–3 minutes until softened. Stir in garlic and cook another 30 seconds.

  3. Add liquids and pasta:
Pour in beef broth, tomato sauce, heavy cream, Italian seasoning, paprika, salt, and pepper. Stir well.

  4. Add pasta:
Stir in the dry pasta. Bring to a gentle boil, then reduce heat to low.
Cover and simmer 12–15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until pasta is tender and sauce has thickened.

  5. Make it cheesy:
Stir in shredded cheese until melted and creamy.

  6. Serve:
Garnish with chopped parsley or basil. Serve hot!

Optional Add-ins

  • Veggies: Add spinach, mushrooms, or bell peppers during the simmering stage.

  • Spice it up: Add red pepper flakes or use pepper jack cheese.

  • Make it extra rich: Stir in a tablespoon of cream cheese before serving.
