Here’s a no-bake classic—sweet, salty, and super easy 🍫🥜

Chocolate-Covered Peanut Butter Ritz Cracker Cookies

Ingredients

  • 1 box Ritz crackers
  • Creamy peanut butter
  • 12 oz chocolate (milk, semi-sweet, or dark)
  • Optional: sea salt or sprinkles for topping

Instructions

  1. Assemble
    • Spread about 1 tsp peanut butter on a Ritz cracker.
    • Top with another cracker to make a sandwich.
    • Repeat until finished.
  2. Melt Chocolate
    • Melt chocolate in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth
      (or use a double boiler).
  3. Dip
    • Dip each cracker sandwich into melted chocolate.
    • Use a fork to lift out and let excess drip off.
  4. Set
    • Place on parchment-lined baking sheet.
    • Sprinkle with sea salt or toppings if desired.
    • Chill in refrigerator 20–30 minutes until set.

Tips & Variations

  • Add ½ tsp powdered sugar to peanut butter for a sweeter filling
  • Use white chocolate or drizzle on top for contrast
  • Store in an airtight container in the fridge up to 1 week
