Here’s an easy slow cooker peach cobbler that’s warm, gooey, and perfect with vanilla ice cream 🍑


🍑 Slow Cooker Peach Cobbler

Ingredients

  • 4–5 cups sliced peaches
    (fresh, peeled OR frozen OR 2 cans peaches, drained)
  • ½ cup sugar (reduce to ⅓ cup if peaches are very sweet)
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp nutmeg (optional)
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Topping

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • ¾ cup sugar
  • 1½ tsp baking powder
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ½ cup milk
  • ½ cup (1 stick) butter, melted

Instructions

  1. Prepare the peaches
    Add peaches, sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, lemon juice, and vanilla to the slow cooker. Stir gently.
  2. Make the batter
    In a bowl, whisk flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
    Stir in milk until smooth.
  3. Assemble
    Spoon batter evenly over peaches (do not stir).
    Drizzle melted butter evenly over the top.
  4. Cook
    • HIGH: 2–2½ hours
    • LOW: 4–5 hours
      Cook until topping is set and golden around the edges.
  5. Serve
    Let rest 15 minutes before serving.
    Best with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream.

⭐ Tips & Variations

  • Crispier top: Prop lid slightly open during the last 30 minutes.
  • Extra-rich: Add ¼ cup brown sugar to the peaches.
  • Spiced: Add a pinch of ginger or cardamom.
  • Berry-peach: Replace 1 cup peaches with blueberries or raspberries.
