Posted on December 24, 2025 by Admin

**Fire Crackers** are a super popular, spicy snack—crispy crackers coated in a bold ranch-style seasoning with heat 🔥
They’re **no-bake**, easy, and addictive.

—

## 🔥 Fire Crackers

*Makes about 1 gallon bag*

### **Ingredients**

* 1 box (about 16 oz) saltine crackers *(or oyster crackers)*
* 1 cup vegetable or canola oil
* 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
* 1–2 tbsp crushed red pepper flakes *(adjust heat to taste)*
* 1 tsp garlic powder
* 1 tsp onion powder
* Optional:

* ½ tsp cayenne pepper (extra heat)
* ½ tsp smoked paprika (flavor)

—

### **Instructions**

1. **Mix seasoning oil**
In a bowl, whisk oil, ranch seasoning, red pepper flakes, garlic powder, onion powder, and any optional spices.

2. **Coat crackers**
Place crackers in a large zip-top bag or container.
Pour seasoning mixture over crackers.

3. **Toss well**
Gently turn or shake until all crackers are evenly coated.

4. **Rest & absorb**
Let sit **at room temperature for at least 1 hour**, turning the bag every 15–20 minutes so oil absorbs evenly.

5. **Serve or store**
Ready to eat! Store in an airtight container up to 1 week.
