๐Ÿซ 5-Minute White Chocolate Caramel Pecan Fudge

Ingredients

  • 2 cups white chocolate chips
  • 1 (11 oz) bag caramel bits or soft caramels, unwrapped
  • 1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • Optional: pinch of sea salt or 1/2 teaspoon vanilla

Instructions

  1. Prepare the pan
    Line an 8ร—8-inch pan with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
  2. Melt everything
    In a microwave-safe bowl, combine:

    • white chocolate chips
    • caramel bits
    • sweetened condensed milk

    Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring each time, until smooth (about 2โ€“3 minutes total).

  3. Add pecans
    Stir in chopped pecans and optional vanilla or sea salt.
  4. Set the fudge
    Pour into prepared pan and smooth the top.
  5. Chill
    Refrigerate for 30โ€“60 minutes until firm. Cut into squares and enjoy!
