🥚 Baked Egg & Cheese Cups (3 Ingredients)

Ingredients:

  • 6 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or your choice)
  • 6 slices of cooked bacon or ham (or any preferred breakfast meat)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven:
    • Preheat to 375°F (190°C).
    • Grease a muffin tin or use silicone liners.
  2. Assemble cups:
    • Place a slice of bacon or ham at the bottom of each muffin cup.
    • Sprinkle a little cheese on top.
    • Crack an egg into each cup.
  3. Bake:
    • Bake for 15–20 minutes, until eggs are set but yolks are still slightly runny (or longer if you prefer fully cooked).
