2 Ingredient Biscuits

Yes 🙌 2-ingredient biscuits are dangerously easy.

The Classic

Ingredients

  • 2 cups self-rising flour
  • 1½ cups heavy cream

How to Make

  1. Heat oven to 450°F (230°C).
  2. Stir flour + cream just until a soft dough forms.
  3. Turn out onto a floured surface, gently pat (don’t knead).
  4. Cut biscuits (or just slice squares like a rebel).
  5. Bake 10–12 minutes until tall and golden.

That’s it. No mixer. No stress.


If You Don’t Have Self-Rising Flour

Mix:

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp salt

Then proceed the same way.


Pro Biscuit Energy

  • Brush tops with melted butter right when they come out.
  • For cheesy vibes: fold in shredded cheddar.
  • For sweet: sprinkle tops with sugar before baking.
