Zero-point strawberry ice cream

Here’s a Zero-Point Strawberry Ice Cream recipe (Weight Watchers–friendly) 🍓🍨
No sugar, no dairy, no guilt—and surprisingly creamy.


Zero-Point Strawberry Ice Cream

Ingredients

  • 2 cups frozen strawberries (no sugar added)
  • ½ cup fat-free plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 tsp lemon juice (brightens flavor)
  • Optional (still 0 points):
    • Zero-cal sweetener to taste (Stevia, Monk Fruit)
    • ½ tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Blend
    • Add frozen strawberries to a high-speed blender or food processor.
    • Pulse until crumbly.
  2. Add Creaminess
    • Add Greek yogurt and lemon juice.
    • Blend until smooth and thick (scrape sides as needed).
  3. Taste & Adjust
    • Add sweetener or vanilla if desired.
    • Blend again.
  4. Serve
    • Eat immediately like soft-serve
      OR
    • Freeze 30–60 minutes for scoopable ice cream.

Tips for Best Texture

  • Use fully frozen fruit for ice-cream consistency
  • A food processor works better than a blender if you don’t have a high-power one
  • If too thick, add 1–2 tbsp water or more yogurt

Variations (Still Zero Points)

  • 🍓🍌 Strawberry Banana (½ frozen banana)
  • 🍓🍋 Strawberry Lemonade (extra lemon juice)
  • 🍓🥥 Add a splash of unsweetened coconut extract
  • 🍓🫐 Mixed Berry version
