🍫✨ White Chocolate Caramel Fudge

Ingredients (makes 25–36 squares)

  • 3 cups white chocolate chips (about 18 oz / 510 g)
  • 1 can (14 oz / 397 g) sweetened condensed milk
  • Β½ cup caramel sauce (store-bought or homemade)
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ΒΌ tsp salt (optional, but enhances flavor)
  • Optional toppings: flaky sea salt, extra swirls of caramel, chopped nuts

1. Prepare the pan

  • Line an 8Γ—8-inch or 9Γ—9-inch pan with parchment paper.

2. Melt the fudge base

  1. In a heavy saucepan, add:
    white chocolate chips + condensed milk + butter.
  2. Heat over low, stirring constantly until smooth and fully melted.
  3. Remove from heat.
  4. Stir in vanilla and salt.

3. Swirl in the caramel

  1. Pour half the fudge mixture into the pan.
  2. Drizzle 2–3 tbsp caramel over it.
  3. Add remaining fudge mixture on top.
  4. Swirl more caramel on the surface using a knife or toothpick.

4. Chill

  • Refrigerate 2–3 hours until firm.
  • Lift out using parchment and cut into squares.

  • Keep heat low β€” white chocolate burns easily.
  • If too thick, add 1–2 tbsp extra condensed milk.
  • For salted caramel fudge, sprinkle flaky salt on top after swirling.

Stir ½–1 cup chopped toasted pecans into the fudge before pouring.
