Here’s a go-to tortilla wrap with ground beef that you can tweak however you like.


Ground Beef Tortilla Wraps 🌯

Ingredients (2–3 wraps)

  • 250–300 g (½–⅔ lb) ground beef
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • ½ tsp chili powder (optional)
  • Salt & black pepper to taste
  • 2–3 large flour tortillas

Optional fillings (highly recommended):

  • Shredded lettuce
  • Diced tomatoes
  • Grated cheddar or mozzarella
  • Sour cream or Greek yogurt
  • Salsa or hot sauce
  • Avocado or guacamole

How to Make It

  1. Cook the beef
    Heat oil in a pan. Sauté onion until soft, add garlic for 30 seconds.
    Add ground beef, break it up, and cook until browned.
  2. Season
    Add paprika, cumin, chili powder, salt, and pepper.
    Cook 1–2 more minutes until fragrant. Taste and adjust.
  3. Warm tortillas
    Dry pan or microwave—warm tortillas fold better.
  4. Assemble
    Beef first, then cheese (so it melts), then your toppings.
  5. Wrap it up
    Fold bottom up, sides in, roll tight.

Optional Next-Level Moves

  • Cheesy wrap: Add beef + cheese, roll, then toast the wrap in a pan until golden
  • Tex-Mex vibe: Add taco seasoning + corn + black beans
  • Mediterranean twist: Swap spices for cumin + oregano, add yogurt sauce
  • Spicy: Add chipotle sauce or jalapeños
