Posted on March 26, 2026 by Admin

Here’s a quick and delicious recipe for No-Bake Chocolate Peanut Butter Crunch Bars—easy to make and perfect for a sweet snack!

Ingredients (Makes ~12 bars)

  • 2 cups rice cereal (like Rice Krispies)
  • 1 cup peanut butter (smooth or crunchy)
  • 1/2 cup honey or corn syrup
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Prepare Pan
    • Line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
  2. Make the Peanut Butter Mixture
    • In a medium saucepan, combine peanut butter, honey, and butter.
    • Heat over low-medium heat, stirring until smooth and melted.
    • Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract.
  3. Mix with Cereal
    • Add the rice cereal to the peanut butter mixture and stir until all cereal is coated.
    • Press the mixture evenly into the prepared pan using a spatula.
  4. Top with Chocolate
    • Melt chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
    • Pour or spread melted chocolate over the pressed cereal mixture.
  5. Set & Serve
    • Refrigerate for 1–2 hours until chocolate is firm.
    • Cut into bars and enjoy!

Tips

  • For extra crunch, add chopped peanuts or mini chocolate chips to the cereal mixture.
  • Store bars in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 week.
  • Can substitute almond butter or cashew butter for a different flavor.

💡 Quick Hack: Line your spatula with parchment paper when pressing the mixture to avoid sticking and get smooth, even bars.

I can also make a mini, single-serving microwave version that sets in 10–15 minutes if you want a fast snack. Do you want me to do that?
