Sugar Cookie + Chocolate Fudge Bars
Ingredients
For the sugar cookie layer:

1 cup unsalted butter, softened

For the chocolate fudge layer:

Instructions

Preheat Oven:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 9×13 inch pan with parchment paper or grease it lightly. -
Make Sugar Cookie Base:

Cream together butter and sugar until fluffy.

Beat in egg and vanilla.

In a separate bowl, whisk flour, baking powder, and salt.

Gradually mix the dry ingredients into the butter mixture until combined.
