Strawberry yogurt dessert

Posted on November 11, 2025 by Admin

Here’s a delicious and versatile Strawberry Yogurt Dessert — creamy, fresh, and just sweet enough to feel indulgent while still light. You can make it as a parfait, no-bake mousse, or frozen treat, depending on your mood! 🍓

🍓 Classic Strawberry Yogurt Parfait (Quick & Easy)

🧺 Ingredients (Serves 4)

  • 2 cups Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)
  • 3 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (adjust to taste)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (if using plain yogurt)
  • 2 cups fresh strawberries, sliced
  • ½ cup granola or crushed graham crackers
  • Optional: a few mint leaves or shaved chocolate for garnish

🥣 Instructions

  1. Prepare the strawberries
    • Toss strawberries with a teaspoon of sugar or honey if you’d like them slightly syrupy. Let sit 5–10 minutes.
  2. Mix the yogurt
    • In a bowl, stir together yogurt, honey, and vanilla until smooth and creamy.
  3. Assemble
    • In glasses or bowls, layer:
      • A spoonful of yogurt
      • A layer of strawberries
      • A sprinkle of granola
    • Repeat until filled.
  4. Chill and serve
    • Serve immediately for crunch, or refrigerate 30 minutes if you prefer it cold and creamy.

🍧 Variation: Strawberry Yogurt Mousse

For a fluffier, dessert-style version:

Blend together:

  • 1½ cups Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla
  • Fold in 1 cup whipped cream (or whipped topping).
  • Spoon into glasses, chill 2 hours, and top with sliced berries or chocolate curls.

🍦 Variation: Frozen Strawberry Yogurt Cups

Mix:

  • 2 cups strawberries (fresh or frozen)
  • 2 cups Greek yogurt
  • ¼ cup honey
Blend until smooth, pour into muffin tins lined with paper cups, and freeze 2–3 hours for mini frozen treats!

Would you like me to tailor it for a healthy breakfast version or make it a fancier layered dessert (like a no-bake strawberry yogurt trifle)?
