Here’s a refreshing and healthy Soursop–Turmeric–Hibiscus Drink—a vibrant mix packed with antioxidants and flavor 🍹🌺✨


🍹 Soursop–Turmeric–Hibiscus Drink

🧾 Ingredients

  • 1 cup soursop (graviola) pulp (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 tbsp dried hibiscus petals (or 1 hibiscus tea bag)
  • ½ tsp turmeric powder (or 1 tsp fresh grated turmeric)
  • 2 cups water
  • 1–2 tbsp honey or sugar (to taste)
  • 1 tbsp lemon or lime juice
  • Ice cubes (optional)

👩‍🍳 Instructions

  1. Make hibiscus tea
    • Boil 1 cup water and add hibiscus petals.
    • Let it steep for 5–10 minutes, then strain and cool.
  2. Blend soursop
    • Blend soursop pulp with 1 cup water until smooth.
  3. Combine
    • Mix the hibiscus tea, blended soursop, and turmeric.
  4. Sweeten & flavor
    • Add honey/sugar and lemon juice. Stir well.
  5. Serve
    • Pour over ice and enjoy chilled.
