How about a slow cooker delight that’s cozy, simple, and always a hit 😊
Here’s a crowd-pleasing option—if you had something else in mind (vegetarian, spicy, dessert, etc.), tell me and I’ll tailor it.

Slow Cooker Honey Garlic Chicken

Ingredients

  • 1.5–2 lbs chicken thighs (boneless, skinless)
  • ⅓ cup honey
  • ⅓ cup soy sauce (low-sodium if possible)
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp ketchup
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar or apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tsp grated ginger (optional but great)
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch + 2 tbsp water (optional, for thickening)

Instructions

  1. Place chicken in the slow cooker.
  2. Whisk honey, soy sauce, garlic, ketchup, vinegar, ginger, and pepper.
  3. Pour sauce over chicken.
  4. Cook on LOW for 5–6 hours or HIGH for 3–4 hours.
  5. Optional: Remove chicken, stir in cornstarch slurry, cook 10–15 min until thick.
  6. Serve over rice or noodles; sprinkle with green onions or sesame seeds.
