Slap-Ya-Mama Fried Chicken

Ingredients

Instructions

1. Marinate (IMPORTANT)

  • Whisk marinade ingredients.
  • Add chicken, cover, refrigerate at least 4 hours (overnight = elite).

2. Dredge

  • Remove chicken from buttermilk, let excess drip off.
  • Dredge chicken well, pressing flour into every nook.

3. Fry
