- 4 large bell peppers (any color)

- ¼ cup Parmesan cheese

🔪 Instructions
1. Prep the Peppers
- Slice the tops off peppers and remove seeds.
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Place peppers cut-side up in a baking dish.
- Add a splash of water to the dish and cover with foil.

2. Cook the Filling
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
