Scrambled eggs are one of the simplest and most satisfying dishes you can make. Here’s a quick, foolproof way to get them soft and delicious:

🥚 Ingredients

  • 2–3 eggs
  • 1 tbsp butter (or oil)
  • Salt (to taste)
  • Optional: milk or cream (1–2 tbsp for extra creaminess)

🍳 Instructions

  1. Crack and whisk
    Crack the eggs into a bowl, add a pinch of salt, and whisk until fully combined. Add milk/cream if using.
  2. Heat the pan
    Put a non-stick pan on low to medium heat and melt the butter slowly (don’t let it brown).
  3. Cook gently
    Pour in the eggs. Let them sit for a few seconds, then gently stir with a spatula.
  4. Keep stirring slowly
    Push the eggs from the edges toward the center, forming soft curds. Don’t rush—low heat = creamy eggs.
  5. Remove early
    Take the pan off heat while the eggs are still slightly soft—they’ll finish cooking from residual heat.
  6. Serve immediately
    Add black pepper or herbs if you like.
