Posted on January 10, 2026 by Admin

Here’s the classic, super-easy Sausage Balls recipe 🧀🌭—perfect for parties, snacks, or breakfast:

🧀🌭 Sausage Balls (3 Ingredients!)

Ingredients (makes ~30 balls)

  • 450 g (1 lb) breakfast sausage
  • 2 cups Bisquick (or similar baking mix)
  • 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese

Instructions

1. Preheat oven

  • Preheat to 190°C / 375°F.
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

2. Mix

  • In a large bowl, combine sausage, Bisquick, and cheese.
  • Mix well (hands work best) until fully combined.

3. Shape

  • Roll into 1-inch balls and place on the baking sheet.

4. Bake

  • Bake 20–25 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.

5. Serve

  • Serve warm. Great with honey mustard, ranch, or syrup.

💡 Tips

  • If mixture feels dry, add 2–3 tbsp milk.
  • Use sharp cheddar for best flavor.
  • Drain on paper towels if sausage is greasy.

🔥 Variations

  • Spicy: Use hot sausage or add jalapeños
  • Creamy: Add 4 oz cream cheese
  • Gluten-free: Use gluten-free baking mix
  • Breakfast style: Add a pinch of garlic powder or onion powder

If you want, I can give you an air fryer version, freezer-friendly instructions, or a 4-ingredient extra-moist recipe 😊
