🍖 Pork Ribs (Tender & Flavorful)

Here’s a simple way to make juicy, fall-off-the-bone pork ribs at home—whether you use an oven or grill.


Ingredients

  • 1 rack of pork ribs
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon paprika (optional)
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • ½ cup BBQ sauce (optional)

🔥 Method 1: Oven-Baked (Most Reliable)

Steps

  1. Preheat oven to 150°C (300°F)
  2. Prep ribs
    Remove the thin membrane from the back (for tenderness)
  3. Season
    Rub ribs with oil, then coat with brown sugar, salt, pepper, and spices
  4. Wrap & bake
    Wrap tightly in foil and bake for 2.5–3 hours
  5. Finish with sauce
    Open foil, brush with BBQ sauce, and bake uncovered at 200°C (400°F) for 10–15 minutes

🔥 Method 2: Grill (Smoky Flavor)

  1. Cook ribs on low heat (indirect heat) for about 2–3 hours
  2. Brush with BBQ sauce in the last 15–20 minutes
  3. Turn occasionally to avoid burning

🍽️ How to Know They’re Done

  • Meat is tender and pulls away from bone easily
  • Internal temp ~85–90°C
  • Juices run clear
