🧾 Ingredients

  • 1.5–2 kg pork loin
  • 3–4 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp paprika or smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp dried rosemary or thyme (or a mix)
  • Optional: 1 tbsp Dijon mustard or honey for glaze

  2. Prepare pork
    • Pat the pork loin dry with paper towels.
