Absolutely! Here’s a simple and flavorful Pork Chop recipe — juicy, tender, and perfectly seasoned 🥩🍽️.

🐖 Pan-Seared Pork Chops

(Serves 2–4)

Ingredients

  • 2–4 bone-in or boneless pork chops (½–1 inch thick)

  • 2 tbsp olive oil or butter

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • 1 tsp paprika

  • Salt and pepper, to taste

  • Optional: 1 tsp fresh thyme or rosemary

  • Optional: 1 clove garlic, minced (for extra flavor)

👩‍🍳 Instructions

1. Prepare pork chops

  • Pat pork chops dry with paper towels.

  • Season both sides with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.

2. Heat pan

  • Heat olive oil or butter in a skillet over medium-high heat until hot.

3. Cook pork chops

  • Place pork chops in the skillet. Sear 3–5 minutes per side, depending on thickness, until golden brown.

  • Optional: Add minced garlic and herbs during the last minute of cooking for extra aroma.

4. Check doneness

  • Pork is done when internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).

  • Let chops rest 3–5 minutes before serving to retain juices.

🌟 Tips

  • Extra flavor: Marinate pork chops for 30 minutes in olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, and herbs.

  • Oven finish: For thicker chops, sear on the stove then finish in a 375°F (190°C) oven for 5–10 minutes.

  • Serving ideas: Serve with mashed potatoes, roasted vegetables, or a fresh salad.

I can also give a honey garlic glazed pork chop recipe that’s sweet, savory, and super quick to make if you want something a little fancier. Do you want that version?
