Instructions

Preheat oven to 400Β°F (200Β°C).
Lightly grease a 9Γ13-inch casserole dish. -
Cook the meat:
In a large skillet, cook ground beef or sausage with onion over medium heat until browned.
Drain excess grease. -
Add sauce and seasonings:
Stir in pizza sauce, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and any optional veggies.
Simmer for 2β3 minutes. -
Assemble the casserole:
