Ingredients (Serves 4–6)

  • 1 can (20 oz / 565 g) pineapple chunks (with juice)
  • 1 package (3.4 oz / 96 g) instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 2 cups cold milk
  • 1 cup whipped cream (or whipped topping)
  • ½ cup crushed graham crackers or cookies (optional, for layers)
  • Optional garnish: cherry, shredded coconut, or pineapple slices

Instructions

  1. Prepare the pudding
    In a medium bowl, whisk the instant pudding mix with cold milk for 2 minutes until thickened.
  2. Add pineapple
    Drain pineapple chunks slightly (reserve some juice for extra flavor if desired) and fold into the pudding.
  3. Layer the dessert (optional)
    In serving cups or a trifle bowl:

    • Start with a layer of crushed graham crackers
    • Add a layer of pineapple pudding
    • Repeat layers until full
  4. Top with whipped cream
    Spread or pipe whipped cream on top.
  5. Chill
    Refrigerate at least 2 hours before serving so flavors set.
