Pineapple Cheese Ball

Ingredients:

8 oz (225 g) cream cheese, softened

2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese

1 cup crushed pineapple, drained

2–3 green onions, finely chopped

½ tsp garlic powder (optional)

½ tsp paprika (optional)

1 cup chopped pecans or walnuts (for rolling)
Instructions:

Mix the cheese ball:

In a large bowl, combine softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar, drained pineapple, and green onions.

Add garlic powder and paprika if using. Mix well until fully combined.

Shape the ball:

Scoop the mixture onto a piece of plastic wrap.

Use the wrap to shape it into a smooth ball.

Coat with nuts:

Spread chopped nuts on a plate.

Roll the cheese ball in the nuts until evenly coated.

Refrigerate for at least 1–2 hours to firm up before serving.
