Posted on December 6, 2025 by Admin

Here’s a classic, easy, and delicious recipe for Peanut Butter Balls — creamy, sweet, and perfect for snacking or gifting. No baking required!

🥜 Peanut Butter Balls (No-Bake)

Ingredients (makes 20–24 balls)

  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • ½ cup (115 g) unsalted butter, softened
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 1–1½ cups crushed graham cracker crumbs (or digestive biscuits)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 ½–2 cups chocolate chips (milk, dark, or semi-sweet)
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil or butter (optional — helps chocolate melt smoothly)

👩‍🍳 Instructions

1. Make the peanut butter filling

  1. In a large bowl, mix peanut butter, softened butter, and vanilla until smooth.
  2. Add powdered sugar a little at a time.
  3. Add graham crumbs and mix until a dough forms (soft but not sticky).
  4. Refrigerate for 20–30 minutes to firm up.

2. Shape the balls

  1. Scoop about 1 tablespoon of mixture.
  2. Roll into smooth balls.
  3. Place on a parchment-lined tray and refrigerate again for 15 minutes.

3. Dip in chocolate

  1. Melt chocolate chips (and optional coconut oil) in the microwave in 20–30 sec intervals, stirring between each.
  2. Use a fork or toothpick to dip each ball into melted chocolate.
  3. Tap off excess and place back on the tray.

4. Chill

  • Refrigerate for 20 minutes or until chocolate is fully set.

🌟 Tips & Variations

  • Buckeye Style: Leave a small circle of peanut butter visible on top to look like classic “buckeyes.”
  • Crunchier texture: Add crushed pretzels, Rice Krispies, or chopped peanuts.
  • Healthier version: Replace some powdered sugar with rolled oats.
  • White chocolate drizzle: Decorate with melted white chocolate for a pretty look.
  • Store: Keep in the fridge for up to 2 weeks or freeze up to 3 months.

If you want, I can give you Chocolate Peanut Butter Balls, Protein Peanut Butter Balls, or Pretzel Peanut Butter Balls too!
