Simple, nostalgic, and perfect with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.

  • ½ tsp nutmeg (optional)
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch

  6. Cool slightly & serve

Serving Ideas

  • Vanilla ice cream
  • Whipped cream
  • A drizzle of caramel

Tips for Perfect Cobbler

✔ Don’t stir the layers
✔ Fresh peaches = best flavor
✔ Let it rest 10 minutes before serving

Easy Variations

  • Add blueberries or raspberries
  • Use canned peaches in winter
  • Sprinkle coarse sugar on top for crunch

If you want, I can also give you Grandma’s old-fashioned cobbler, a biscuity topping version, or a no-sugar-added option.
