Here are three delicious pasta dishes with ground beef — each with its own flavor vibe! 🍝🥩


🇮🇹 1. Classic Ground Beef Pasta (Beefy Tomato Pasta)

Rich, hearty, and super easy — like a weeknight version of spaghetti bolognese.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef

  • 1 small onion, diced

  • 3 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 (24 oz) jar pasta sauce (or 3 cups homemade tomato sauce)

  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning

  • Salt & pepper, to taste

  • 12 oz pasta (penne, rigatoni, or spaghetti)

  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella or Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package directions; drain and set aside.

  2. In a large skillet, brown ground beef with onion until no longer pink. Drain grease.

  3. Stir in garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Cook 1 minute.

  4. Add pasta sauce and simmer 10 minutes.

  5. Toss in cooked pasta and mix well.

  6. Top with cheese and serve! (Optional: bake in a casserole dish at 375°F for 15 min for a baked version.)


🧀 2. Cheesy Beef and Shells

Creamy, cheesy comfort food — kind of like Hamburger Helper, but way better.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef

  • 1 cup diced onion

  • 3 cloves garlic, minced

  • 2 tbsp flour

  • 2 cups beef broth

  • 1 (15 oz) can tomato sauce

  • 1 cup milk or cream

  • 8 oz medium pasta shells

  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

  • 1 tsp paprika, salt & pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta shells; drain and set aside.

  2. In a skillet, cook beef and onion until browned; drain.

  3. Stir in garlic and flour; cook 1 minute.

  4. Add broth, tomato sauce, and milk; simmer 5–7 minutes.

  5. Add cooked pasta and cheese; stir until creamy and thick.

  6. Taste and adjust seasoning — serve hot!


🌶️ 3. Taco Pasta

Zesty, cheesy, and full of Tex-Mex flavor — a family favorite!

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef

  • 1 packet taco seasoning (or 2 tbsp homemade mix)

  • 2 cups cooked pasta (rotini or shells)

  • 1 cup salsa

  • ½ cup sour cream

  • 1 cup shredded cheddar or Mexican blend cheese

  • Optional toppings: diced tomato, green onion, crushed tortilla chips

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta and set aside.

  2. Brown beef in a skillet; drain grease.

  3. Add taco seasoning and ¼ cup water; simmer 2 minutes.

  4. Stir in salsa and sour cream.

  5. Add pasta and cheese; toss until melted and creamy.

  6. Top with favorite taco toppings and enjoy!
