Tips & Variations:
-
🧄 Garlic Parmesan: Add extra 1–2 cloves garlic for a stronger flavor.
-
🌿 Herby meatloaf: Mix in fresh parsley, basil, or oregano.
-
🧅 Vegetable boost: Add finely grated carrot or zucchini to the mixture for moisture and nutrients.
-
🥫 Sauce variation: Use barbecue sauce or tomato sauce instead of ketchup for a different glaze.
I can also give a Parmesan-stuffed meatloaf version that oozes cheesy goodness in the center. Do you want that version?
