Sweet, cool, and zero oven required 🍍✨ Here’s a No-Bake Pineapple Cream Dessert—old-school, easy, and perfect for warm days.


🍍 No-Bake Pineapple Cream Dessert

Ingredients:

Crust

  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ½ cup melted butter

Filling

  • 1 (8 oz / 225 g) cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 (20 oz / ~565 g) can crushed pineapple, well drained
  • 1 tub whipped topping (or 1½ cups homemade whipped cream)

Topping (optional but lovely)

  • Extra whipped topping
  • Toasted coconut or cherries

Instructions:

  1. Make crust: Mix graham crumbs and butter. Press firmly into a dish or springform pan. Chill 10 minutes.
  2. Mix filling: Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  3. Fold in drained pineapple, then gently fold in whipped topping.
  4. Spread filling evenly over crust.
  5. Chill at least 4 hours (overnight is best).
  6. Add toppings before serving.

Tips & Variations:

  • Drain pineapple really well or the dessert won’t set 🫣
  • Add mini marshmallows for a retro vibe
  • Swap graham crust for vanilla wafers
  • Want it lighter? Use Greek yogurt for half the cream cheese
