Posted on December 3, 2025 by Admin

Here’s a simple and delicious recipe for No-Bake Chocolate Peanut Butter Balls—rich, chocolatey, and perfect for a quick treat or dessert.

No-Bake Chocolate Peanut Butter Balls

Makes about 20–24 balls

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs (or crushed cookies)
  • 8 oz chocolate (semi-sweet or milk), for dipping
  • Optional toppings: crushed peanuts, sprinkles, or a drizzle of white chocolate

Instructions

  1. Prepare the peanut butter mixture:
    • In a large bowl, mix peanut butter and softened butter until smooth.
    • Stir in powdered sugar and graham cracker crumbs until well combined. The mixture should hold together but still be soft.
  2. Form balls:
    • Scoop about 1–2 tablespoons of the mixture and roll into balls with your hands.
    • Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  3. Chill:
    • Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up before dipping.
  4. Dip in chocolate:
    • Melt chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl (30-second intervals, stirring in between) or using a double boiler.
    • Using a fork or toothpick, dip each ball in melted chocolate, letting excess drip off.
    • Place back on parchment paper.
  5. Optional toppings:
    • Sprinkle crushed peanuts or sprinkles on top of chocolate before it sets.
  6. Chill again:
    • Refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or until chocolate is firm.
  7. Serve:
    • Keep chilled in the fridge until serving.

✅ Tips:

  • Use a small cookie scoop for evenly sized balls.
  • Substitute peanut butter with almond butter or Nutella for a variation.
  • Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week, or freeze for longer storage.

I can also give you a mini version with a salty pretzel base that adds a crunchy contrast under the peanut butter balls—perfect for parties.

Do you want me to provide that version?
