  2. Mix ingredients:

    • In a bowl, combine ground meat, breadcrumbs, milk, onion, egg, garlic, salt, pepper, and Worcestershire sauce. Mix until just combined (don’t overmix, or muffins get dense).

  3. Portion into muffin tin:

    • Divide mixture evenly among muffin cups and press lightly.

  4. Add topping:

    • Spread a spoonful of ketchup or BBQ sauce on top of each muffin.
