Here are two delicious, easy recipes:
1️⃣ Creamy Baked Macaroni & Cheese
2️⃣ Crispy Chicken Wings (baked, fried, OR air-fried)

Perfect for serving together as a comfort-food meal. 🍗🧀


🧀 Creamy Baked Macaroni & Cheese

Ingredients

  • 3 cups (300 g) elbow macaroni
  • 4 tbsp (½ stick / 55 g) butter
  • 4 tbsp flour
  • 3 cups (720 ml) milk
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella (optional but delicious)
  • ½ cup grated parmesan
  • ½ tsp salt (or to taste)
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • Optional topping: 1 cup breadcrumbs mixed with 2 tbsp melted butter

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta until just al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. Make cheese sauce:
    • Melt butter in a pot.
    • Stir in flour and cook 1 minute.
    • Whisk in milk slowly until smooth.
    • Add cheddar, mozzarella, parmesan, salt, pepper, and paprika.
  3. Stir cooked macaroni into the cheese sauce.
  4. Pour into a greased baking dish.
  5. Add breadcrumbs on top if using.
  6. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 20–25 minutes until bubbly and golden.

🍗 Crispy Chicken Wings

Choose one method: baked, fried, or air-fried.


🔥 1. Baked Crispy Wings (healthier + easy)

Ingredients

  • 2–3 lbs (1–1.5 kg) chicken wings
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp baking powder (secret for crispy skin!)

Instructions

  1. Pat wings very dry.
  2. Toss with oil + seasonings + baking powder.
  3. Place on a rack over a baking sheet.
  4. Bake at 425°F (220°C) for 40–45 minutes, flipping halfway.

Optional sauces:

  • Buffalo: ½ cup hot sauce + 3 tbsp melted butter
  • BBQ: ½ cup BBQ sauce warmed
  • Garlic Parmesan: 3 tbsp butter + 2 tbsp parmesan + garlic powder

🍳 2. Fried Wings (classic restaurant-style)

Steps

  1. Heat oil to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Season wings with salt, pepper, garlic powder.
  3. Fry 10–12 minutes, until crispy and golden.
  4. Toss in your favorite sauce.

🌬️ 3. Air-Fried Wings

  1. Season wings.
  2. Air fry at 390°F (200°C) for 20–22 minutes, shaking halfway.
  3. Toss in sauce.

🍽️ Want them together?

Here’s a simple serving combo:

  • Plate a scoop of creamy mac & cheese
  • Add spicy buffalo wings on the side
  • Serve with celery sticks and ranch or blue cheese dip
